- Press Feature,*,*,266344
- At the “Password” prompt, enter 266344. It will not show up on the screen.
- Press the lower right button that is lit up several times until the display shows “Time&Date.”
- Press the upper right key that is lit up.
- Press the button below the word “CHANGE” on the screen to change the hour.
- Type in the correct hour.
- Press the button below the word “NEXT” to move on to minutes.
- Press the “CHANGE” button. Enter the correct minutes.
- Use the “NEXT” button to move to YEAR, MONTH, & DAY.
- Press the “Rls” (release) button when finished.
- The display should say, “Terminals&Sets.” Press the upper right key that is lit.
- Enter the extension number you want to change.
- Press the upper right key that is lit.
- Press the lower right key that is lit twice until the display shows “Name.”
- Press the button below “CHANGE” on the screen.
- Type in the new name. Use the # key to advance to the next letter.
- Press the lower right key that is lit once you have entered the new name.
- Press the “Rls” (release).
